1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and our services, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Orange Verbouwen offers energy and renovation services, including but not limited to:

• Solar panel installation
• Heat pump installation
• Home renovations
• Electrical and plumbing services

All services are delivered in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations and relevant building codes.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are non-binding and valid for a period of 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on:

• The specific requirements of the project
• Availability of materials
• Complexity of the installation
• Market conditions

All prices are excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment must be made according to the terms agreed in the quote. Standard payment terms:

• 30% advance payment upon order confirmation
• 40% upon start of work
• 30% upon delivery and acceptance

In case of payment delay, we may charge interest and suspend work.

5. Warranty

We offer warranty on all our work:

• 10 years warranty on installations (solar panels, heat pumps)
• 2 years warranty on renovation work
• Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications by third parties.

6. Liability

Orange Verbouwen is fully insured and liable for damage caused by our work. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profit.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation of an order must be done in writing. Upon cancellation, the following costs may be charged:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before start: no costs
• Cancellation 7-14 days before start: 25% of order value
• Cancellation less than 7 days before start: 50% of order value

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Orange Verbouwen and protected by copyright.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Disputes

Disputes will initially be resolved through consultation. If consultation does not lead to a solution, Dutch laws apply and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
